Drama Unfolds As Daddy Lumba’s Wife And Family Members Fight Over His Body At The Morgue

The family of Ghanaian fallen legend Daddy Lumba are at war following his death!

Daddy Lumba’s wife and his family members are fighting over his body days after his death.

According to a report by GhPage, the wife of Daddy Lumba has snubbed the family. She has refused to officially inform them about Lumba’s death and also to talk to them.

The report added that Lumba’s wife claims she does not know the family and has not met them before.

In an interview with the family head, he corroborated that the family has never met Daddy Lumba’s wife before, but they only know his other wife, who lives abroad.

According to the family head, they were expecting Lumba’s wife to make an official announcement to them about his death, but she has completely snubbed them, and an attempt to talk to her too was unsuccessful as she refused it.

Also, there are reports that the family has demanded to have access to Daddy Lumba’s body at the morgue, but again, they have been denied access.

As it stands now, there is no unity in the family, and that seems to be affecting putting up plans for the one-week observation and the funeral at large!

The family went on to deny putting up plans for Lumba’s vigil. They revealed they know nothing about it.

Meanwhile, it has been widely circulated that August 2nd is Daddy Lumba’s candle Night vigil.

Ghanaian music legend Daddy Lumba died on Friday, July 26 after a short illness. He was 60 years old.
